My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. The room was warm and comfortable, with the added bonus of a secure electronic safe, but it was so narrow that it was a challenge to move around, especially as the window was drafty and made the room cold on the chillier nights. The pricing was very budget-friendly for a Manhattan location, so that was a big plus. The service, however, left a lot to be desired with some staff being extremely rude and unhelpful, although others were friendly and accommodating. The location was superb, offering easy access to the metro and notable landmarks, but there were minor inconveniences like the noise from the street bins and the poor quality of the pillows. The dining options were limited to basic items with no fresh food or hot options, making it a paltry experience. Despite some shortcomings, my overall experience was decent due to the great location and comfortable room.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is awesome, just 20 meters from the Subway and a bus stop, making it very convenient to get around. The rooms were comfortable, although I noticed some insulation tape around one of the double rooms. The service was fantastic, especially Marilynn who was helpful when I had questions.
